Our Owner-Builder Program Services Include: Guidance with design work to develop working plans of your log or timber frame home Help obtain financing for owners builders Furnish and help prepare specification sheets for lenders Furnish and help prepare specification and bid forms Furnish and help prepare detailed cost estimating worksheets Furnish and help prepare work schedules Furnish and help prepare construction calendars Furnish and help prepare miscellaneous forms such as daily site reports, subcontractor/supplier records, change order forms, lien waivers, roof factor tables, and conversions/abbreviations.
